Responsible Approach
We have a responsible approach to the environment. We seek to have a positive impact on the environment by working with out business partners, recycling, reducing the amount of energy we use, reducing the amount of paperwork we produce and tying in a number of green iniatives around the deployment of our services in Telehouse West.
We are using trains more often and provide secure bicycle parking for the growing number of cyclists at 2020Media. We carbon offset most business flights. When purchasing servers we check the background of our suppliers, and look for a commitment to non-exploitation and low power consumption. We recycle as much waste packaging as possible and also recycle mobile phones, toner cartridges and all possible domestic waste.
Paperless e-Invoicing
Switching our invoicing online has reduced paper waste by 90%. We are constantly looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint and so we are planning to further reduce paper consumption by stopping sending paper copy invoices, and any news and updates are sent by email, not post. All our paper is sourced from "sustainable wood forests".
